A conceptual tasting menu of identity, culture, and imagination

This project reimagines my life as a multi-sensory dining experience — exploring who I might be if served at an experimental restaurant. Each course represents a layer of self: The Surface, The Persona, The Memory, and The Rebirth.

Blending my Chinese-American roots, Danish life, and creative practice, The Dish of Vicky Mo uses food as storytelling — reflecting themes of transformation, motherhood, and belonging through taste, design, and emotion.
