Every designer loves a good reference image — unless it’s buried somewhere in a maze of old folders.
Our Store Design team at Pandora had thousands of photos scattered across drives and emails, so together with our tech team and product manager, I helped turn chaos into clarity.

I came up with the look, filtering logic, and workflow integration for what became our global Photo Gallery — a living archive of over 2,000 projects (and 300 more added every year).
It updates automatically, plays nicely with our existing tools, and saves everyone from the “where is that store again?” panic.

Now, instead of losing time hunting for visuals, the team can focus on what they actually love doing — designing.
