Burrow is a conceptual restaurant and lounge imagined beneath the forest floor, where earth, roots, and moss meet light, crystal, and air. Inspired by my graduate work at Pratt exploring the tension between Melancholy and Elation, I revisited the idea years later with time and new tools, acting as creative director and using AI as a sketching medium with post-editing to shape the interiors, menu, and visual identity. The result is an immersive hospitality concept that turns contrast into atmosphere — grounded yet ethereal, a place people can feel as much as see.
